Rural Philanthropy Learning Community

Online Event

Join us for an exploration of the Canadian rural philanthropy landscape and what it means for our network. Over a period of seven months participants will examine the role of place-based philanthropy featuring research from the University of Guelph, explore the impact of an A-B-C-D approach to community wellbeing and economic growth, leveraging transfer of wealth and how rural innovation and impact investing can be a game changer for rural and remote communities. There will be six online sessions from November to May and a final in-person gathering at the 2019 Community Foundations of Canada conference. To register, contact clindsay@communityfoundations.ca.

Please note that this learning opportunity is only for members of Community Foundations of Canada.
