The 2024 Community Foundation Peer Gathering four-day experience will hold moments of learning, sharing and connecting – for community foundation staff and leadership just stepping into the exciting world of community foundations and those well-seasoned in their roles.

Together, we will:

• Create space for community foundation staff and leadership to share insights and experiences, and hear from other community foundations who may face similar challenges and opportunities;
• Strategize about how to solve problems in our own community foundations and across the philanthropic sector;
• Build our capacity and skills as philanthropic sector professionals;
• Hone in on our collaborative and connection tools amongst each other;
• And, of course, in true community foundation fashion, have fun.

This gathering is for community foundation volunteers, staff and leadership within the CFC network only.
