Anne is a nationally recognized executive in international and community development, with deep expertise in inclusive public policy and systems‑level change. With more than 20 years of senior leadership experience and an MBA from McGill University, she is known for shaping national agendas that advance inclusion and human rights.
Her career spans pivotal roles in Canadian and international institutions, including the United Nations Development Program. She directed the Act Together for Inclusion Fund and coordinated the CQFD at the Association québécoise des organismes de coopération internationale, as well as the Réseau francophone EFH de la Francophonie, establishing herself as a leading voice in women’s rights, gender equality, and inclusive governance. As Executive Director of Humanity & Inclusion Canada, a Nobel Peace Prize–winning organization active in 60 countries, she contributed expertise to foreign‑policy dialogue on the protection of civilians in conflict.
Anne is currently CEO of the YWCA Montréal, where she leads organizational transformation, strategic partnerships, and public‑policy engagement on gender equality, housing, and community socio-economic development. Based in Montreal, she also contributes to community organizations, including serving on the board of Santropol Roulant.
