CFC’s Annual General Meeting 2026

On June 11, 2026 from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. ET, Community Foundations of Canada will host its 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) electronically via Zoom video conferencing.

The AGM is part of our commitment to the network and, as a non-profit organization, a legal requirement. It is also an opportunity to reflect on the past year, recognize the impact of community foundations across the country, and look ahead to how we can continue to serve our communities together.

Voting is restricted to community foundations in Canada that are CFC members in good standing. We ask that each voting member designate one voting representative on behalf of their foundation. Proxy forms are available for those unable to attend, along with additional meeting documents, including the official notice of the 2026 AGM.
