Paolina is a CPA, CGA with over 15 years of experience across full-cycle accounting, financial planning and analysis, and systems improvement. She began her career in the not-for-profit sector and has since built strong experience in technology services, bringing a thoughtful, cross-sector lens to financial strategy and stewardship.
Beyond her professional background, she is deeply committed to social impact – volunteering as an advisory board member on the Criterion Institute’s Board for Inviting Financial Imagination, as a member of Coralus, serving on a Women United Community Action Grant Committee, and sharing the stories of women founders and community impact leaders through her blogs FinanciElle & The Steward- She’s passionate about using finance as a tool for equity and community development
