Brock is a member of the Board of Directors of The Kitchener and Waterloo Community Foundation. Brock has been an active volunteer in his community and believes in the strength of a community and its impact on shaping experiences and quality of life for those who live in a community. In 2011, Brock started Overlap, a human-centred design firm, to help organizations make headway on the problems that matter the most to them. Brock has extensive experience working with not-for-profit organizations and understands the complexities and interconnectedness of the challenges we face today and the potential of the CF movement as a vehicle to make much needed connections.
