The call for transparency in data management and accountability is a widespread push across public and private sectors, particularly as it relates to collection of race-based and gender-based disaggregated data.

This session will focus on:

• How community foundations can collect disaggregated data and information that improve their internal practices and efforts toward employment equity.
• Current state reality of community foundation boards, and the discussion of the best approaches to increase representation from different equity-deserving groups.
• Collaboration and partnerships for advancing equity in data collection.
