In this session, members of the Foundant Technologies team will open space to discuss multiple questions currently facing community foundations, such as in the face of constant change in philanthropy, how does your organization embrace change? Which organizational changes—whether systems or processes—will create space for the essential, impactful work supporting your mission?  

You will leave the session with an understanding of:

• How tech can positively enhance relationships and drive community leadership,
• How tech can be used to give more voices a seat at the table,
•  How tech can help reduce silos and increase efficiency, and
• How you can best decide which organizational changes and processes are needed and how we can prioritize these changes to align with our missions.

This session is available to community foundations that are members of the CFC network and is useful to all community foundation members.
