In bridging long-standing divides in power imbalances and inequities, community foundations need to move from intention to collective action on advancing equity and inclusion in policy,  process and practices. Undoing long-standing practices that reinforce behavioural and institutionalized inequities require concerted efforts and collective responsibility to change across all levels within community foundations. This must be led by deliberate action through support and collaboration among stakeholders – board, management and staff – and a shared commitment and accountability toward individual and institutional change. In this session,  participants will work together on scenario-based explorations of collaboration and intentional actions toward building and maintaining a culture of inclusion.
