Homelessness continues to rise from coast to coast to coast. The Canadian Alliance to End Homelessness (CAEH) will provide valuable insights from real-time data collected across communities nationwide and discuss how community foundations can support the elimination of homelessness and be part of systems change.

• Explore how community foundations can foster innovation within housing and homelessness systems through their granting processes.
• Identify strategies for community foundations to engage in advocacy, attract investments, and take a leadership role by convening key stakeholders beyond traditional funding approaches.
• Hear from community foundation leaders on steps they have taken within their communities.
