For its first gathering of 2021, the Community Table is inviting racialized community foundation team members to join us for a closed conversation on addressing race-related challenges and trauma in the workplace. Before we can begin to address the creation of equitable spaces for Black, Indigenous and people of colour in the movement, we must first make space to discuss the healing that comes before sharing personal stories and addressing race-based work in the workplace.
This event is part of a three-part series that will continue through to June.
