Vital Signs is Canada’s largest community-driven data program. Through Vital Signs, community foundations use local knowledge and data to measure the vitality of a community and support action towards improving collective quality of life. Join CFC to learn about the Vital Signs program, its benefits, how your community foundation can participate and the support you will receive. You’ll also discover how community foundations use the data collected through Vital Signs to inform their programming and initiatives.
