Bella has over 35 years of experience working in health and social services in Eeyou Istchee, the Cree territories of northern Quebec. Her areas of experience include overseeing regional programs and services directed at infants, children and young families.
Bella has served on a number of boards, including the Eenou-Eeyou Community Foundation, as Chairperson of the Cree Board of Health and Social Services of James Bay, and the Canadian Red Cross Board.
