Josiah is currently the board chair & the investments chair on the Carleton North Community Foundation. He is a former leader of the McCain Young Professionals Association, the Universities of New Brunswick & Saint Thomas Afro-Caribbean student union, and a former member of the university senate. A former student-athlete, he stays involved by coaching basketball and football in the community and mentoring the next generation.
After studying electrical engineering and economics at the University of New Brunswick, Josiah joined McCain Foods. He is currently finishing the production management training program, which is the longest-running management program at the company.
