Kaltun is passionate about issues of social justice and building a brighter and more sustainable future. Kaltun is an education professional who specializes in finding creative learning solutions for adult learners. She has a Bachelor’s of Science from Carleton University and a Master’s of Education from Athabasca University.
Kaltun has worked previously with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada as a Program Officer, and with the American School of Creative Science as an Educator. In her youth, Kaltun volunteered as a secretary with the Kiwanis Empowering Youth (KEY) club and was awarded the Zonta’s Young Women in Public Affairs Award (2005) in recognition of her commitment to volunteering in the community.
As the Manager of Learning and Curriculum, Kaltun will be shaping and developing a range of learning products and experiences to support Community Foundations across the network in leveraging best and emerging practices in philanthropy.
In her free time, Kaltun enjoys baking and yogo as well as spending time outdoors with her four children.
