Lisa Kolody has been the Executive Director of the WindsorEssex Community Foundation since 2014, where she is a dynamic, innovative leader specializing in the delivery of communication strategies, resource development, community and leadership development. Lisa is highly engaged with CFC and the movement, and under her leadership, the WindsorEssex Community Foundation has participated in Vital Signs, the Welcome Fund, and the Community Fund for Canada’s 150th.
Lisa is a significant leader in the Windsor community, having held previous senior leadership roles with the Multicultural Council of Windsor Essex County and Leadership Windsor/Essex. She is an active volunteer, and was a former Board member of the Ontario Council of Agencies Serving Immigrants and Newcomers, and former Chair of the Go For Health Diverse Education Committee.
