Rachael is a strategic communicator, storyteller, and advocate for equity and impact. To her, strategic communication is more than just messaging, it’s about shaping narratives that inspire action, build connections, and drive meaningful change.
With a background in public health, wellness, and community engagement, she has worked on research and advocacy projects focused on Black equity and health justice in Canada. She brings this lens to her role at CFC, where she leverages storytelling to amplify voices, strengthen communities, and support nonprofit initiatives.
Beyond her work, Rachael is a board member for Sisters in Sync, empowering Black girls and women to become and belong. She’s also an avid traveller, blogger, and lifelong learner, always seeking new ways to make an impact.
