Vik is a Tax Partner at PwC specializing in Canadian corporate income tax. Vik is presently the Transformation Leader for the Canadian Tax Practice and is part of PwC’s Tax Leadership Group. Vik joined PwC in 1991 after completing his undergraduate degree at the University of Toronto and joined the tax practice in March, 1995. He obtained his Chartered Accountant designation in 1994.
Vik was promoted to partner in 2004. During his 32 years career, Vik’s primary focus has been providing tax advice to his clients and has also held a number of leadership roles in the firm.
Vik served on the board of the Oakville Community Foundation (OCF) for 7 years as the Chair of the Finance & Risk Committee and OCF’s Treasurer. Vik also serves on the board of Appleby College where he has been a board member for 7 years and is the Chair of the Finance Committee
and Appleby’s Treasurer.
Vik is a passionate sports enthusiast including having played competitive baseball and softball for over 40 years. He was the head coach for several years for Oakville competitive youth baseball teams and supported youth hockey teams in Oakville.
