On June 7 from 1:00 to 2:30 p.m. EDT, Community Foundations of Canada will be hosting its 2022 Annual General Meeting (AGM). Our AGM is part of our commitment to the network and as a non-profit organizationis a legal requirement. More than that, it’s an opportunity for our network to come together and connect, to mark a year of exceptional impact and reflect on how our network and philanthropy can serve our communities moving forward. 

Due to the ongoing pandemic, the 2022 AGM will be taking place online. Voting will be restricted to community foundations in Canada who are CFC members in good standing. We ask that all voting members assign one voting representative on behalf of their foundation. Proxy forms are available below for those who cannot attend, as are the additional documents relative to the meeting, including the official notice for the 2022 AGM.
