On June 1 at 1:15 p.m. ET, Community Foundations of Canada will be hosting its 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM). Our AGM is part of our commitment to the network and, as a non-profit organization, is a legal requirement. More than that, it’s an opportunity for our network to come together and connect, to mark a year of exceptional impact and reflect on how our network and philanthropy can serve our communities moving forward. 

The AGM will be held at 1:15 pm ET on June 1, 2023, at the RECONNECT 2023 Conference located at the Westin Harbour Castle, Toronto, at 1 Harbour Square, Toronto, ON M5J 1A6. Voting will be restricted to community foundations in Canada that are CFC members in good standing. We ask that all voting members assign one voting representative on behalf of their foundation. Proxy forms are available below for those who cannot attend, as are the additional documents relative to the meeting, including the official notice for the 2023 AGM.
