CFC’s Annual General Meeting 2025

On June 19, 2025 from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. ET, Community Foundations of Canada will host its 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) electronically via Zoom video conferencing.

The AGM is part of our commitment to the network and as a non-profit organization is a legal requirement. More than that, it’s an opportunity to mark a year of exceptional impact and reflect on how our network and philanthropy can serve our communities moving forward. 

Voting will be restricted to community foundations in Canada who are CFC members in good standing. We ask that all voting members assign one voting representative on behalf of their foundation. Proxy forms are available below for those who cannot attend, as are the additional documents related to the meeting, including the official notice for the 2025 AGM.
