What is Good Governance?

This event is open to Community Foundations and is delivered in English only.

Behind every successful community foundation are the building blocks of good governance. But what does that look like? This series will explore the essential components of healthy leadership and the critical governance components needed for a healthy and high performance community foundation. The group will dive into case studies and key considerations to keep top of mind as your foundation transitions through COVID and beyond. If you are new to your foundation’s leadership or a seasoned board member, you will gain insight on becoming a more strategic organizational leader.
