About Jacqueline Reid

Jacqueline holds an MA in International Relations from the University of St Andrews, UK and a Masters in International Law from The Graduate Institute in Geneva. Her love of language moved her from law into communications. In London UK, she worked at a public relations firm and in communications teams across several UK government departments.

One day, she decided to follow one of those off-the-wall ideas that we all occasionally get. It led her to leave her job in London, move back to Canada and build a gin distillery with her family in Toronto. With the Distillery up and running and enough gin to last a lifetime,  she was thrilled to reprise a role in communications at CFC.

For Jacqueline, communications is all about meeting people where they are and empowering them to tell their story. She is excited to be part of a team that is sharing the positive impact that people can have in their communities and is pushing to ensure that Canada is a place where we all belong.

When Jacqueline is not at work she is usually cooking way too much food, experimenting with distilling different gins and buying books that she doesn’t need.
