On May 14 from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. EDT, Community Foundations of Canada will be hosting its 2021 Annual General Meeting (AGM). As a non-profit organization, our AGM is a legal requirement. More than that, it’s an opportunity for our network to come together to mark and reflect on a year that has been challenging on so many fronts; one that has seen our network step up and respond together, and alongside partners, at an unprecedented scale.
Due to the ongoing pandemic, the 2021 AGM will be taking place online. Voting will be restricted to community foundations in Canada who are CFC members in good standing. We ask that all voting members assign one voting representative on behalf of their foundation. Proxy forms are available below for those who cannot attend, as are the additional documents relative to the meeting.
